Business Coordinator- Seller Success

About the role

A successful candidate will support the Seller Success team to execute all workflows regarding client management. This role will act as the bridge between system and people and will set the expectation of an overall positive, long-term relationship with our customers, promoting confidence, retention, and loyalty.

What you’ll do

Responsible for collecting data and creating reports meaningful to solutions oriented processes

Responsible for aged orders, inventory control, invoicing and managing databases

Become an expert on the current reporting and data discrepancies

Publish, report, and collect VAS related data for all of our vendors  

Communicate with different teams to get answers and capture ALL the VAS work, inbound and outbound 

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

Report all issues directly to the Sr. Systems Analyst and/or Business Manager for guidance and/or instruction

Handle all administrative work for the Seller Success team

Other duties as assigned

Desired qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2+ years customer service experience
Data collection and organization skills

Exceptional listening and communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to follow and suggest improvements for existing processes
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a small team and also understand company impact on a larger scale
PC literate with experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps
