About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. Our ideal candidate will manage all aspects of order routing and transportation scheduling through the customer portals.  They will also ensure that all Retail Compliance metrics are met for assigned customers.

What you’ll do

  • Read and Interpret customer routing guides provided by the client
  • Routing Orders in Customer Specific Portals for outbound shipping
  • Ensure all orders are routed in compliance with all guidelines outlined in Customer Routing Guides
  • Communicate with customers and carriers on outbound pickup appointments and scheduling
  • Build, Schedule and Appoint outbound shipments in Verte WMS system
  • Coordinate Outbound Schedule and execution with the outbound operations team
  • Works with the client and account manager to ensure all customer concerns are resolved timely
  • Manage and Maintain Customer Routing Matrix
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • +2 Years of Fulfillment / Warehouse Experience 
  • Prior Retail Compliance Experience in a Distribution or Fulfillment Operation
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Ability to perform with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Clients via email and phone
  • PC literate with experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps∙         
  • Ability to move around the warehouse
