SaaS Sales and Support Director

About the role

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce supply chain management company in the McDonough, GA area seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our growing team. Project Verte, the world’s first social e-commerce platform is looking for an energetic and self-driven SAAS (Service as a Software) Sales and Support Director.

The SAAS Sales and Support Director will be responsible for current clients and establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for current business as well as establish new prospects.

Our full circle solution creates more time for entrepreneurs by supporting brands where they need help most: sales channel expansion, fulfillment operations and back end technology.

What you’ll do

Primary Duties:

  • Growing revenue with current clients and via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
  • Understand how existing and new clients will use the applications, solve business problems especially unified commerce
  • Manage Unified Commerce Business Solutions for current and new clients
  • Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Managing current and perspective client relationships
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Conducting one-on-one and group presentations
  • Calling to establish new opportunities
  • Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  • Developing and maintaining current clients, prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
  • Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels

Desired qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must have experience managing and selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) to a diverse customer base
  • BA/BS degree and/or 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
  • Strong time management skills
  • Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
  • Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
  • Strong time management skills
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, request for proposals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
